About The Position

Dougall Media, Thunder Bay's only locally owned broadcast and multimedia company, has an opening within our Breathe Digital division for a Digital Campaign Coordinator. Breathe Digital is the digital advertising division of Dougall Media, Northwestern Ontario's media company. We run digital campaigns for local and national clients, and we are growing. Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude: you pick up new software quickly and enjoy figuring tools out.
• Careful and organized: details, names, and numbers entered right the first time.
• Clear communicator: you can explain results in plain language to people outside the tool.
• Reliable and self managing with several deadlines at once.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and everyday office software.

Responsibilities

• Set up, schedule, and manage digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns and keep everything running on schedule.
• Prepare clear, accurate campaign reports.
• Keep bookings, records, and account details organized and correct from start to finish.
• Support the sales team and work with teammates across departments.
• Other duties as assigned related to the team objectives.
