The Digital Business Solutions Implementation Specialist supports JBT’s Business Solutions Team by managing client onboarding, system setup, documentation, maintenance, and annual account reviews. This role provides direct support for business digital products including Treasury Management, Banno Business, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Digital Lockbox, Account Analysis, sweeps, business bill pay, business debit and credit cards, and payment systems. The position serves as a primary contact for business clients, assisting with setup, first time login, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, including occasional onsite support. A strong understanding of core and digital systems functionality, technical troubleshooting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance is required, along with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
