About The Position
Redwood Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Digital Banking Solutions Manager to join their team. This position serves as the Bank's primary resource for digital banking products and services, helping ensure their consumer and commercial digital banking platforms remain secure, reliable, and customer-focused. Working closely with the Chief Information Officer and departments across the Bank, the manager will help administer and enhance digital banking systems, treasury management services, and related technologies while delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in banking, digital banking, treasury management, financial technology, or a related field.
- Collaborative, customer-focused, and enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and learning new technology.
