About The Position

As a Digital Assets Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in integrating and architecting enterprise solutions within our Advisory practice. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience

Leading enterprise architecture initiatives to support blockchain readiness and integration
Guiding teams in the development and implementation of blockchain business solutions

Developing decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts using Solidity and Rust programming languages
Promoting the adoption of consortium and permissioned blockchains within the payments industry
Validating blockchain systems for regulatory compliance and security standards
Coordinating rapid experimentation and strategic questioning to innovate blockchain indexing and tokenization solutions
Overseeing technology integration and enterprise application integration to optimize business process workflows
Coaching teams to embrace change and cultivate intellectual curiosity in blockchain development and Web3 initiatives
