We are looking for a talented and highly organized Digital Asset Manager and Photographer to capture, edit, organize, and maintain a growing library of photographic content. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong photojournalistic instincts and visual storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail and digital organization. The ideal candidate can confidently work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and recognize the moments and images that best tell a story. You will be responsible for ensuring our digital photo archive remains organized, searchable, and accessible, photographing a variety of subjects and events, editing, and delivering high-quality images.

Requirements

  • Ability to accurately caption and catalog photographs
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or short-notice assignments
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
  • Proven experience as a photographer in a professional environment
  • Strong photojournalistic/documentary photography skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong understanding of digital photography, exposure, composition, and lighting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing a large photographic archive or digital asset library
  • Experience with professional photo cataloging and metadata
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate, editorial, commercial, aviation, industrial, or documentary environment
  • Basic knowledge of video or motion content
  • Experience photographing people in dynamic or uncontrolled environments
  • Familiarity with additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications

Responsibilities

  • Organize, catalog, and maintain a large digital photo archive
  • Manage image metadata, keywords, captions, dates, locations, subjects, and other relevant information
  • Maintain consistent file naming, folder structures, and digital asset management practices
  • Select and curate images for internal and external use
  • Prepare and export images in appropriate formats and resolutions for various applications
  • Edit and process photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
  • Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, cropping, retouching, and other necessary image adjustments
  • Create presentations using Microsoft Suite
  • Photograph people, events, products, facilities, operations, and other assigned subjects in a photojournalistic and documentary style
  • Work closely with team members to understand photography needs and priorities
  • Respond to occasional short-notice photography requests
  • Travel occasionally for photo assignments, events, or projects
  • Maintain and properly handle photography equipment and digital files
