About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital and Automation Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in customer success management, with a strong background in radiology and/or cardiology. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology).
  • Minimum of five years of experience in customer success management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of radiology and/or cardiology workflows and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Must have full access to Siemens Healthineers' client sites to perform the essential functions of this position.
  • Must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to have full client access and must continue to meet those requirements during the course of employment in this position.
  • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring their success with our digital and automation solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to monitor their progress and provide ongoing support and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  • Create and deliver presentations, training sessions, and documentation to educate customers on best practices and new features.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in radiology and cardiology to provide informed recommendations to customers.
