The Digital & AI Experience Intern will play a key role in advancing the Customer Success organization’s transformation toward AI‑scaled operations and digitally driven value delivery. This role is designed for a curious, analytical intern interested in how AI and cloud technologies reshape the customer lifecycle at scale. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that explore hybrid AI and hybrid cloud use cases across the end‑to‑end customer journey, develop frameworks to quantify customer value and outcomes, and support programs that move the organization from reactive support to proactive, insight‑led value creation. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Customer Success, Technology, and Strategy, gaining hands‑on exposure to enterprise AI strategy within a $2.6B post‑sales organization.
