Customer Success Intern
About The Position
Locala is the world’s leading commerce media platform, leveraging consumer insights and location data to increase brand awareness, drive consumers to store, and deliver smarter business outcomes. Our proprietary technology enables local advertising and insights at scale, all while meeting the highest user privacy standards in the industry. We’re looking for a highly motivated intern to support our Client Services team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the full client lifecycle within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role is designed for a student or recent graduate interested in media, data, and client services, with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate with interest in media, advertising, or data-driven environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to learn and improve processes
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Support reporting efforts, including data pulls, tracker updates, and basic analysis
- Support inventory categorization, pricing, data analysis.
- Assist with internal project coordination (e.g., operation status follow-ups, internal client library templates)
- Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across workflows
- Help streamline processes to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency
