The mission of the Video and Motion Graphics Designer role is to bring the Sport Clips brand to life through motion—creating high-impact video content that translates strategy into dynamic storytelling, feels modern, relevant, and unmistakably on-brand, and drives measurable results across brand and performance channels. The Video & Motion Graphics Designer is a core member of the internal creative agency, responsible for bringing brand stories, campaigns, and performance marketing to life through compelling video and motion design. This role is focused on video, motion graphics, and some graphic design primarily for digital advertising—from concept through execution—and plays a critical role in driving brand impact, engagement, and performance across all channels. This individual partners closely with Brand, Creative, Media, Social, and CRM teams to create high-quality, platform-native video content that is strategically grounded, visually distinctive, and built to scale.
