You'll collaborate with local businesses, regional brands, and national advertisers to create customized marketing strategies using cutting-edge digital solutions. Requirements

  • 4+ years of digital media or advertising sales experience with a track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue goals.
  • You thrive on prospecting, opening doors, and building a pipeline from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising solutions, including programmatic, search, social, video, and audience targeting.
  • You uncover client challenges, develop customized solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Confident presenting to business owners, marketing leaders, and C-suite decision-makers while simplifying complex digital strategies.
  • Comfortable using campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates to guide recommendations and prove performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills that drive long-term partnerships.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Highly motivated, accountable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
