About The Position
This is an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. It offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while still having a base salary with full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training to help individuals succeed and grow their careers. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $90,000-$100,000 with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are between $100,000-$120,000. The role involves selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, helping small businesses succeed, earning residual commissions through client retention and account management, performing virtual and in-person presentations, and building strong client relationships across various industries.

- Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
