About The Position
This position will be primarily onsite in San Francisco, CA. Serves as the resource for digital workflows across the Sutter Health Application suite. Provides support to all Sutter clinical employees in the use of electronic health record (eHR) and other technologies, including eHR onboarding and training, and proficiency maintenance and enhancement. Assists with new eHR functionality, go-live support in all regions and upgrades, and applies best practices and experience to effectively address complex clinical/technical issues in diverse healthcare delivery environments.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1 year recent relevant experience
- Epic proficiency required within 6 months of hire

- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
