Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in an Engineering or Technical Field (Bachelors Preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills: Verbal and Written
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience assembling project schedules and Gantt charts.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able and willing to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Must be available for occasional travel (Domestic and International).
  • Occasional overtime may be required without advance notice.
  • Presentations to management as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain schedules on parallel projects to launch new and updated powersports products to production in a manner that prevents negative impact.
  • Develop and maintain department new model specified action plans.
  • Review and track design changes impacting assembly.
  • Determine change point impact to department and set reaction plan.
  • Lead design and procurement of tools/fixtures required for new model implementation.
  • Program Equipment for new and existing model’s.
  • Confirm BOM accuracy.
  • Create department budget for new model projects.
  • Create and maintain master parts list/parts illustration.
  • Create and maintain drawings for out-source of assemblies.
  • Prepare and give presentations on project status as needed to upper management.
