About The Position

This position is full-time at 30 hours per week. DaVita has an open position for a Registered Dietitian who will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. Requirements

State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required
Requires 1 year of clinical experience and successful completion of CDR exam to obtain registration as required by CMS.
Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

Nice To Haves

Two years of specialized renal experience preferred.
Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
