About The Position
We are currently seeking a skilled PRN Dietitian to join our agency on an as needed basis. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nutritional care of patients in accordance with physicians' orders. This role will involve collaborating with the healthcare team to provide quality care and improve patient outcomes. This is an in person position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- State licensure as a Dietitian
- Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current trends in clinical nutrition

Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Monitor and evaluate patients' nutritional status and make recommendations as needed
- Provide nutrition education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Stay current on research and trends in clinical nutrition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
