About The Position
DaVita is hiring a Registered Dietitian to serve as a vital member of each patient’s core care team in an intimate outpatient setting. The dietitian will analyze laboratory results and educate patients and their families about appropriate nutrition. The role emphasizes building meaningful, long-term patient relationships and contributing to clinical goal-setting and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements
- State licensure is required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar area.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly at multiple facilities, and travel when needed.
- After hire and training, successfully complete the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80%.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Functional proficiency with DaVita-specific applications within 60 days.
