Requirements

Registered Dietitian (or eligible) and licensed/certified per state requirements
Ability to build trust and rapport with residents and facility staff
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills
Understanding of clinical nutrition, care planning, MDS Section K, and PDPM
Comfortable using EMR systems and basic tech tools
Ability to work independently
