About The Position

This position is to fill in for the Food and Nutrition Services Director for vacation and extended sick leave. The role may also provide virtual nutrition services to facilities with swing bed programs.

Requirements

• One year of clinical nutrition experience
• One year of experience in food service operations
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Dietitian Certification from the Washington State Department of Health (must obtain within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Fill in for the Food and Nutrition Services Director for vacation and extended sick leave.
• Provide virtual nutrition services to facilities with swing bed programs.
