About The Position
Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team. This opportunity is serving a behavioral health facility located in Valdosta, GA for 16-20 hours/week. This is a HYBRID REMOTE SCHEDULE position. Enjoy a flexible schedule, excellent pay and drive time pay available!
Requirements
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Dietetic licensure

Responsibilities
- Completing clinical nutrition assessments
- Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Monthly kitchen sanitation audit
- Diet educations
