About The Position

Take the next step in your career with Morrison Living as a Part Time Dietitian in Linton, IN! This role is located at Morrison Living at Glenburn Senior Living, a Continuing Care Retirement Community that includes Skilled/rehab, LTC, and memory care. The schedule is part-time, 24 hours per week, 3 days per week. The hourly pay is $34 - $35 hr. A $5k Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance are offered. Requirements

  • Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to residents, families, staff, and the community.
  • Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
  • Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence.
  • Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals.
  • Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
