About Fresh is hiring a part-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN/RD) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) to serve as the organization’s nutrition subject matter expert. Reporting to the Director of Cardholder Experience, the role works directly with cardholders using medically tailored Fresh Connect prepaid cards, conducting nutrition assessments and providing nutritional counseling. This is a fully remote, part-time position expected to require 30 hours per week, with the schedule determined at hire. Applicants in any U.S. time zone are welcome, though team meetings generally follow Eastern Time business hours. The hourly pay range is $40–$50, depending on experience and credentials.
