This role blends clinical nutrition expertise with project management, requiring a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement to achieve high-quality patient dining outcomes. The position emphasizes a strong understanding of patient feeding systems, therapeutic diets, and nutrition care workflows, alongside experience with application configuration and basic networking concepts. Familiarity with foodservice or patient dining solutions is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is a Registered Dietitian with solid technical aptitude, including knowledge of healthcare applications, system implementation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This role requires strong project management skills defining scope, coordinating across clinical and IT teams, ensuring accountability, and maintaining ownership of timelines and deliverables while always prioritizing patient-centered nutrition care.
