About The Position

This is a part-time position at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. The role requires knowledge of patient diets and various tray line positions to ensure accurate meal delivery to patients. Duties include servicing patient food, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the patient workstation, operating the dish machine or pot washing station, and cleaning up after meals. The position also involves maintaining safe and sanitary conditions for tables, carts, equipment, and service ware.
