About The Position

The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for following proper delivery and menu reading procedures. This role involves making decisions and leading staff, filling in for other job positions as needed, and practicing sound sanitation. The supervisor must demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences, while upholding and promoting patient safety and quality.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to speak and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must read and use simple arithmetic.
• Must be able to follow a recipe and measure correctly.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Six to twelve months' experience in food service industry and sanitation management preferred.
• Experience working with customers face to face.
• Communicates well with other.
