Cottage Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Dietary Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Food & Nutrition Department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing food production, supervising dietary staff, maintaining quality and sanitation standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Dietary Supervisor will work closely with the Food & Nutrition Director to coordinate production schedules, monitor inventory and equipment needs, maintain compliance with food safety regulations, and foster a collaborative, team-focused culture within the department.
