Assisted Living Dietary Aide Opportunity at River Oaks of Minnesota River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Dietary Aide to provide exceptional care for our residents. Requirements

Full-time Dietary Aide to provide exceptional care for our residents.

Experience in assisted living dietary services is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares and portions safe, nutritious meals and snacks for residents in an assisted living environment under the direction of the Dietary Manager or Cook.
Assists in assembling meal trays according to standardized recipes and therapeutic diet guidelines to meet individual resident dietary needs.
Supports daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, tray setup, meal delivery, and timely service to residents.
Maintains compliance with food safety standards, proper sanitation practices, and assisted living regulations.
Ensures accurate portion control, proper labeling, and safe food storage procedures.
Assists with dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
Supports inventory management, proper stock rotation (FIFO), and communicates supply needs to the supervisor.
Engages respectfully with residents during meal service, accommodating preferences within established dietary guidelines.
Collaborates effectively with dietary, nursing, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met.
