About The Position
This position requires the individual to comprehend and professionally carry out their duties and responsibilities. The role involves adapting to workplace changes, maintaining promptness and attendance, and following established safety protocols. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential when interacting with residents, their families, outside community members, vendors, and PMMA staff. The position also involves problem-solving, enhancing job duties, working collaboratively with colleagues, and appropriately utilizing resources. Representing the PMMA mission and attending training programs are key aspects of the role. Regular and reliable attendance is expected, along with performing additional duties as reasonably assigned.

- Exhibits customer service duties through promptness, accuracy, empathy, clarity, tone and appropriateness with non-PMMA staff (i.e., residents, resident families, outside community, vendors, etc.).
- Exhibits communication duties through promptness, accuracy, empathy, clarity, tone and appropriateness with PMMA staff.
- Provides and initiates creative, practical problem-solving recommendations and/or takes the initiative to appropriately enhance job duties or area.
- Works well with others, assists others when needed or asked and appropriately lends support to others even when not asked.
- Appropriately uses property, supplies and productivity during work time.
- Represents and demonstrates the PMMA mission while carrying out job duties.
- Attends training and or development programs as appropriate to meet or enhance current job or career knowledge.
- Performs additional duties as reasonably assigned.
