- A passion for helping seniors
- A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family, friends, and all team members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation
- Assist in kitchen clean up
- Clean and set up dining areas
- Serve food to residents
- Assist in preparing and serving snacks
- Assist with kitchen inventory
- Adhere to facilities' protocols and procedures
- Follow instructions for recipes, dietary needs, and meal orders
- Maintain cleanliness
- Assure proper storage, labeling, and dating
