The role also involves maintaining cleanliness of patient refrigerators and unit kitchens, documenting food intake, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Additionally, the Dietary Server will coordinate menus with families when patients cannot participate in room service and ensure timely meal delivery while monitoring and reporting any service delays.
