About The Position
The Legacy Healthcare Center is a RCF facility. We are currently accepting applications for a Dietary Manager. Candidates applying must be flexible and available to work varying shift times, as well as weekends and/or holidays. Experience in a long-term care facility or hotel setting is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and meal preparation in a kitchen setting. Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with menu planning and catering concepts
- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives effectively
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a long-term care facility or hotel setting is preferred
- Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus
