You're a hospitality leader who takes pride in the experience you create, not just the food you serve. You know how to build a team, run a clean operation, and show up for people who count on you every day. You're comfortable owning a P&L, coaching frontline staff, and being the face of dining in a community where residents call home.

Requirements

  • At least one year of food service management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams, clients, and residents
  • Proven ability to maintain effective client relationships and deliver a unified hospitality experience
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and holding yourself and other accountable to Aramark's service standards
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coaching, developing, and recognizing your team using Aramark's coaching model so every person is working towards their potential
  • Planning and leading daily team huddles to set expectations, reinforce standards, and build accountability before service begins
  • Building a team culture where safety, sanitation, and resident-first hospitality are non-negotiable
  • Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, communicating operational progress with transparency and consistency
  • Identifying client needs and maintaining the kind of rapport that turns a contract into a long-term partnership
  • Owning your P&L including food cost, labor, and inventory, and using performance data to make smart operational decisions, and delivering on both client and company financial targets
  • Educating your team on the financial levers that matter so margin improvement is a team effort
  • Following Aramark's Operational Excellence fundamentals and ensuring your team is full trained to execute them consistently
  • Supervising production, quality, and workflow so every meal that goes out meets the standard you've set
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents, clients, and employees and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, wage, and hour regulations
  • Keeping food safety certifications and training current for yourself and your team
  • Leading the front-of-house in partnership with the Food Service Director, coordinating food service activities from production through delivery
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned
