About The Position
White Oak Manor of Columbia is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Full-Time Dietary Cook to join their team. In Long-Term Care, a great meal is more than food on a plate. It’s comfort, routine, and something our residents look forward to every day.
Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment
- Able to follow recipes and dietary instructions
- Committed to food safety and cleanliness
- Caring and respectful toward our residents
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible and able to work either scheduled shift
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in food service or Long-Term Care cooking is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook delicious, nutritious meals for our residents
- Follow menus, recipes, portion sizes, and special dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and Long-Term Care guidelines
- Work alongside our Dietary team to keep meal service running smoothly
- Help provide residents with a positive and enjoyable dining experience
