About The Position
Dietary staff needed for an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Responsible for the daily operation of the Dietary services to include ordering, inventory and preparing food items for the patients, staff and visitors of Permian Behavioral, Midland VA.
Requirements
- Two years previous experience in institutional food preparation.
- Ability to follow written policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to use or be trained to use all equipment/materials necessary to perform proper dietary procedures.
- Food handlers Card
- CPR Required
