About The Position
As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. We are specifically looking for a morning cook with experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility to join our team in San Bruno starting in late May.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), hospital, restaurant, or hotel
- Must be available for morning shifts on Saturdays and Sundays (16 hours total) and be open to providing extra weekday help if needed
- Ability to read and follow specific recipes without supervision
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and staff
- Must hold a valid Food Handlers Card
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read technical procedures
