About The Position

Requirements
- Previous cooking experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or food service setting preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to follow recipes and dietary restrictions accurately.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served safely.
- Assist with meal service and kitchen cleanup.
- Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide excellent service to residents.
