This role plays a key part in enhancing the daily experience of our residents by preparing high-quality meals in a safe and efficient environment.
Requirements
- Previous cooking experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable with the ability to work a full-time schedule
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established menus and dietary requirements
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Collaborate with dietary staff to provide a positive dining experience for residents
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels
