About The Position
The Dietary Clerk is responsible for communications between the nursing units, dietitians and Food & Nutrition Services regarding patient menus, diet changes and general patient services. Ensures that patient receive appropriate selections per diet prescription.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or Equivalent required
- 6 months of restaurant/institutional establishments preferred
