Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- One year of experience in nutrition related or customer service field
- Certified Dietetic Technician
- Additional languages a plus
Responsibilities
- Obtains patient menu selections consistent with current diet order and any cultural or individualized requirements or requests.
- Utilizes all required computerized reports at each meal to check tray tickets before the meal service starts.
- Makes corrections to tray tickets according to prescribed diet orders.
- Obtains daily report of patients/residents receiving nourishments, tube feedings, and supplements.
- May assist in gathering and/or delivering products as needed.
- Assists with assembling and delivering patient/resident meals.
- Perform other related duties as required.
