Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and service of meals and snacks according to menus and standardized recipes.
- Check meal trays for menu accuracy, diet orders, preferences, and nutritional requirements.
- Prepare food according to established recipes and proper consistency requirements for mechanical soft and pureed diets.
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen and dining areas following meal service.
- Ensure dishes, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned, stored, and organized.
- Follow all dietary safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Support the dietary team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
