About The Position

The Glenview at Pelican Bay is seeking a hospitality-focused Dietary Aide to join their team. This role involves providing assistance with all food functions, ensuring meals are palatable and appetizing, and supporting the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide outstanding hospitality and work collaboratively within a dedicated team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
• Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.
• Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine status.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in all food functions.
• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc.
• Assist cook in preparing meals.
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas.
• Prepare and deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
