About The Position

Springpoint at Manalapan, a Springpoint Senior Living Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Manalapan, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced part-time Dietary Aide. The role performs routine kitchen duties, including preparing and serving food and handling various dietary office functions. The position is part-time on the day shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and offers a $500 sign-on bonus. The listed pay range is $17.00–$17.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food-handling or food-service industry experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with diet terminology and food-service department operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for service in a sanitary fashion.
• Operate and clean necessary kitchen equipment.
• Perform quality assessment tasks as required.
• Serve palatable and appetizing meals in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages in the dining room as instructed and in accordance with established portion-control procedures.
• Set tables in the dining room for service.
• Serve therapeutic diets in accordance with diet orders.
• Complete assigned opening and closing side work.
