Requirements

Previous food service, dietary, restaurant, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred
Experience in an assisted living or nursing home setting is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to assist residents with their mealtime needs

Nice To Haves

Experience in an assisted living or nursing home setting is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents
Assist residents with mealtime needs, including feeding and drinking assistance when needed
Follow dietary guidelines and special meal requests
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining environment
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
Work closely with the dietary team to ensure meals are prepared and served accurately and on time
Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate customer service to residents and staff
Assist with food production, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed
