About The Position
Looking for qualified Dietary Aide to join our team! Location: Pass Christian Health & Rehabilitation Center Job Type: Full-Time Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences and enriching the lives of others? We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Dietitian/Director of Dietary Services to provide excellent meal service to our residents, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This position is crucial to supporting our mission of delivering superior healthcare and dining experiences to our residents.
Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience with food preparation is preferred but not required.
- Must demonstrate a passion for working with others, with a compassionate and dedicated approach to providing quality care and service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines and instructions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the facility's Dietitian/Director of Dietary Services to implement recommended dietary changes and improvements.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure all trays are accurate and complete before serving.
- Timely delivery and pickup of food carts, ensuring efficient service and resident satisfaction.
- Adhere to federal and state sanitary regulations and infection control guidelines to maintain a clean and safe food environment.
- Support the continuous improvement of our systems and processes by contributing innovative ideas and concepts aimed at achieving superior results in dietary services.
