The Dining Room Waitstaff is responsible for serving all customers including residents, guests, and family members. This role focuses on providing a high level of customer service and promoting a restaurant-style dining atmosphere. The Dietary Aide will work closely with the food service director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs, foster teamwork, and manage dining room operations.
