The Dietary Aide is responsible for various tasks in the kitchen and dining area, determined by the needs of the shift. This role reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor. The position involves learning food service routines, preparing and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, and assisting with inventory. The Dietary Aide must be able to work cooperatively with other departments and participate in staff training.
