About The Position
Comforts of Home Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide-PM to join our team at River Falls CBRF I. This role is responsible for preparing meals, managing food orders, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring residents' dietary needs and preferences are met. The position offers a pay range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of residents’ special dietary needs or likes/dislikes
- Ability to stay within set budget on all food orders and purchases
- Ability to communicate detailed instructions to staff
- Ability to interact with residents and observe food and liquid intake
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of residents personal and medical information.

- Experience assisting with food orders
- Experience organizing, cleaning, and maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen
- Experience preparing three daily meals as well as snacks for residents
- Experience instructing caregivers on proper sanitary regulations
- Experience instructing caregivers on setting tables, serving residents, clearing dishes, loading, and running dishwasher
- Experience meeting with residents periodically to assess food preferences
- Experience preparing and tracking guest meals
- Experience working with a House Manager on food preparation/service for special events
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly menu

- Communicate detailed instructions to staff for evening and weekend meals and baking
- Interact with residents and observe food and liquid intake
- Work with House Manager on food preparation/service for special events
