Specific tasks have daily deadlines, such as filling resident beverages by 11:50 a.m. End-of-shift duties include refilling the Coke machine, collecting and washing dishes from the kitchen, assisting during serving times, bussing tables, cleaning countertops, taking out trash from various rooms, setting tables for dinner, ensuring dining room carpets are clean, and sweeping and mopping kitchen and other designated areas.
