About The Position

Acts is currently seeking candidates for a Dietary Aide position. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and offers next-day pay through the PayActiv benefit. The Dietary Aide will be responsible for fostering an environment of hospitality for residents under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager. Main duties include preparing and serving meals, assisting with the setup and cleanup of the dining room, performing some short order cooking, and a variety of prep tasks in the kitchen. Acts Retirement-Life Communities is one of the largest not-for-profit owners, operators, and developers of resort-style continuing care senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. The company consists of 28 communities in 9 states, and over 8,500 team members. Requirements

  • Entry level position with on-the-job training
  • Minors (under the age of 18) must obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State in which they are being employed
  • Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
