About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Dietary Aide to join our Long-Term Care team! This part-time, long-term care position offers a starting pay of $16.00/hour and is a rewarding career where your work makes a difference. You will have the opportunity to brighten someone’s day—one meal at a time! This role is crucial in creating a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous dietary or food service experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and serve delicious, resident-friendly meals
• Provide warm, courteous service to our residents
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with meal setup, trays, dishes, and kitchen duties
• Help create a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents
