Requirements

Must demonstrate dependability with scheduled work hours.
Prior dietary experience preferred.
Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

Set tables and serve food and beverages according to procedures.
Record food and refrigeration temperatures according to procedures.
Prepare portions and serve beverages, salads, and desserts.
Collect soiled dishware, clean and sanitize tables, pick up debris from the floor; deliver soiled tableware to dishwashing area. Assist utility worker as needed to complete tableware washing for meal service.
Wash pots, pans, and trays; wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks; plan ware washing in advance to ensure that all needed equipment is available.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage containers.
